Store Policy

Return Policy
All sales are final. The outlet does not accept returns from items purchased at the store or on wayfair.com. The product quality has been reflected in the price. The only exceptions are appliances (stove ranges, etc), which we allow customers 48hrs to return if they are not in working condition.

Product/Vehicle Loading Policy
Outlet associates will assist customers with moving paid merchandise to the curb at the customer pickup area behind the store, but are not able to assist customers with loading their vehicles.

Product Holding Policy
All items must be taken at the time of purchase. If you have scheduled delivery with our independent carrier, pick-up date should not exceed seven (7) days from date of purchase. No Exceptions.
