The Wayfair outlet in Deer Park sells returns as well as discounted items in good condition. This is our third returns outlet, with other locations in Greensboro, NC; San Marcos, TX; and Florence, KY.
Separately, in other locations we are also opening full-service physical retail stores that bring our brands and our full omnichannel experience to life. We are excited to be opening our first, large-format Wayfair store outside of Chicago next year that will be ~150,000-square-feet in size. More details on that are available here. We also currently have five physical retail stores open for two of our Specialty Retail Brands, AllModern and Joss & Main, in the Boston, Chicago and Austin areas.
